AsterMaster is a beat-driven roguelite shooter on a hex grid. Movement and fire snap to the rhythm — read the beat, weave between telegraphed volleys, and take an abandoned mining asteroid apart layer by layer.

DIG DEEP, GET OUT ALIVE

Every run is an expedition across a procedural mine graph: surface zones, boss-gated descents down to the crimson depths, and orbital fragments where smugglers pay extra for your ore. Drilling makes NOISE — the deeper you strip the asteroid, the harder the swarm pushes back. Bank your cargo at a station, or gamble it on one more descent.

BUILD A MONSTER

14 weapon mods, 3 slots, modifiers stack up to ×3. Thermite burns, ricochet volleys, cryo blocks, gravity wells, a mortar with a twin mount — mods of one archetype fuse into synergies that reshape the whole run. Eight powerups on top: an innate blink-dash, auto-block, arc coil, a holographic decoy. Between runs, feed cores into a meta-tree: new mods, powerups and synergies, a fourth mod slot, a bigger cargo hold.

READ THE TELLS, BREAK THE BOSSES

Five bosses with destructible hulls, phase tells and their own arenas guard the way down — and an elite warden watches the deepest gates. A dozen enemy types, every attack telegraphed on the grid. Then the gauntlet: two holding halls with no boss at all, where the only way out is to outlast the swarm.

STAY ON BEAT, STAY ALIVE

Fire on the beat and the shot bites — off-beat volleys ricochet off armor. Take hits and your Neuro-Link degrades… run it red-hot for a comeback. A checkpoint at every arena gate and one Reconnect per run. One seeded Daily Challenge, three difficulty levels, 60 achievements, a 20-log archive of the expedition that never made it home.
