The world went cold a long time ago. One ember remembers the light.
You are a nameless silhouette carrying the last fire in cupped hands. Across ten chapters you walk through frozen forest, drowned marsh, dead city and lightless river, searching for the Hearths that once held the world's flame.
No words. No interface. The tale is told by light, shadow and what you dare to approach.

The ember is your lamp - and your resource

• Your ember lights a circle around you and dims with distance. Sparks along the path feed it.
  
• Some doors ask for your fire. Pay, and your light shrinks while the dark leans closer.
  
• No combat, no inventory, no menus to learn. Shadows retreat from light and gather when it fades.
  
• Fall, drown, or let the dark close in, and you wake at the last light you passed.

Ten chapters, one long road

Each chapter carries a single new idea, and each one ends at a Hearth waiting to be lit.
I. The Forest - a cold forest, a fallen giant, and the first sparks of a long road
II. The Mist Marsh - false lights drift over black water; only a true fire breathes
III. The Rain Valley - lightning is a gift here; for one heartbeat you see everything
IV. The Forsaken Village - walk softly, something still answers the bell
V. The Dead City - a city turned to stone and ash, and a blind keeper too vast to fight
VI. The Clock Tower - time stopped waiting; wake the machine and make the hour strike
VII. The Mine Mouth - the road turns to rail; ride the cart down and choose your line
VIII. The Underground River - the world goes out; only your ember shows the way
IX. The Ash Slope - ash on the wind, and a storm that decides where you land
X. The Great Hearth - the last fire, and what the shadows were before
