Kennel Chaos is a co-op simulator about being the people who actually do the work. No staff menu, no spreadsheet. You're the one holding the scoop. Bring your friends, split the jobs, and watch the plan survive roughly ten minutes.

THE DOGS ARE THE CHALLENGE

Twenty-one breeds. Every dog is a unique challenge:

· The Escape Artist is testing every gate right now. She will find the one you forgot.

· The Sneaky Pooper waits until you're facing the other way, and picks a corner.

· The Shaker waits until it's out of the tub and next to you.

· Zoomies doesn't care what's in the way, including you.

· Rolls In It has already found the mess you were about to clean.

· The Poop Eater solves that problem in the worst possible way.

YOU CAN CARRY ONE THING

A dog, or a tool. Never both. Tools live on the racks you bought and put somewhere. So "somewhere" turns out to be a decision you'll think about a lot, usually while jogging back across the building holding a wriggling beagle.

SMALL PROBLEMS COMPOUND

A fresh poop takes two seconds to scoop. Ignore it and somebody walks through it. Now there are paw prints down the corridor. Ignore those and they dry, and dried needs a scrub. This is how a nice afternoon becomes a Code Brown.

BUILD THE PLACE FIRST

Start with an empty building and a small pile of money. Buy runs, tubs, grooming tables, food prep, play equipment. Paint the walls. Hang wallpaper. Put a clock up. Then open the doors and find out which of your decisions were stupid.

THEN PAY FOR ALL OF IT

Takings in, upkeep out, stars up or down depending on whether every dog actually got what its care card promised. Spend what's left before bed. Do it again tomorrow, but with more dogs.
