About Rogue Links
Golf with a Twist
Tee off and your ball becomes your objective. Monsters will attack you as you attempt to reach your ball. Reaching the ball raises a temporary shield bubble so you can line up your next strike. The longer you aim the worse your accuracy gets.
Your Score Changes the Difficulty
Every stroke over par raises your Curse Level which leads to faster spawns, heavier mobs, and deadly elite enemies. Scoring under par lowers your Curse level and increases coin rewards. Meanwhile, Dusk creeps in the longer you spend on a hole, darkening the course and thickening the horde. Expect to die a lot, the game is intended to be difficult!
Swing For Your Life
Your clubs do more than lower your score. Swing through monsters, charge a hit to send them flying, and dodge incoming attacks. Your ball is a weapon too: drive through a pack, then fight your way to its landing spot. Reach it for a temporary shield while you line up the next shot.
Six Ways to Play
CAMPAIGN — A challenging, hand-crafted 36-hole journey across two acts: The Old Links and the Corrupted Underworld. A boss guards every ninth hole: the Greenskeeper first, then three more drawn at random. Conquer the Campaign to unlock the next Tour Card, a mutation that raises the difficulty. There are 15 in all, and the global leaderboard ranks your best score on your furthest Tour Card.
ONSLAUGHT — Nine procedurally generated holes joined into one huge map, with a new course every time. See how fast you can clear every hole while surviving hordes of enemies and bosses, and race everyone on the global leaderboard.
THE GAUNTLET — Endless, procedurally generated holes, so no two runs are the same. A real-time leaderboard shows how far you are from the record. The deeper you go, the harder and more chaotic the holes become, and you choose your path along the way. Choose wisely!
DAILY & SPRINT — One shared seed, one attempt, one global leaderboard. The Daily is the same procedurally generated 18-hole course for everyone. The Sprint packs a 9-hole run with rotating caddie contracts into a quick five-minute session.
COURSE DESIGNER — Paint custom 18-hole courses tile by tile. Features a large variety of different course elements to spice up the course. Test the course out as you are building it, then publish it for anyone to try.
HEAD TO HEAD — Play the same procedurally generated course as a friend or a random opponent from anywhere in the world, in two different formats. Rank up as you play; win streaks climb the rankings faster. Reach the top of the leaderboard.
Build Your Run
Every club you swing earns mastery, unlocking new fittings as you climb. At holes 6 and 12, Golden Tees buy a seat at THE TURN, a high-stakes putting challenge. Every hole ends at the Clubhouse Cart, where you draft perks, club mods, ball types, and optional curses. Build across seven distinct synergy lines—Precision, Power, Brawl, Speed, Storm, Control, and Greed—to unlock game-changing powers.
While minor cards tune your numbers, MAJOR cards rewrite the rules entirely:
TAILWIND — After the ball reaches its apex, a following wind pushes it farther along its line. Stronger winds give a bigger boost.
GIMME RANGE — Any ball that stops within six yards of the cup is pulled into the hole.
SHOCKWAVE — The ball’s first landing damages and knocks back nearby monsters. Melee swings also knock enemies back.
FAST TRACK — Move faster on tees, fairways, and greens. Once per shot, a ball rolling on short grass gains speed and turns toward the cup.
ENDLESS DAY — Dusk never falls.
REVENANT — Once per run, survive death with half your maximum hearts while regular monsters and enemy shots are cleared away.
The Long Game
COMMUNITY WORKSHOP — Browse, play, rate, and subscribe to player-made custom 18-hole courses.
72 ACHIEVEMENTS — A complete suite of milestones, feats of skill, and hidden secret unlocks.
PRO SHOP UNLOCKS — Unlock various new Golfers, shot trail animations, shot impact animations, new flag colors.
NEMESIS SYSTEM — The monster that ends your run is promoted into a named, crowned rival. It returns to ambush you in future rounds, leveling up every time it takes you down until you settle the score and claim its trophy.
